About Multi-Phase Contracting Corp.

Multi-Phase Contracting Corp. was incorporated in 1989 as a General Contracting Company.  Initially, the client base was primarily existing industrial or commercial facilities; for example, Knolls Atomic Power Lab, the General Electric Plants and area hospitals.  The work was generally renovation work to bring the facility up to new life safety codes.

Recently, the company has been fortunate to work on new area projects, like the 525 mega watt Empire Generating Power Plant in Rensselaer, NY and the CESTM Nano Fab Chip Plant in Albany, NY.  This generation of new clients transpired while maintaining a long standing relationship with the K.A.P.L. site in Niskayuna and the K.S.O. site in West Milton, NY.

The company specializes in architectural finishes with the company’s talented work force made up of union carpenters.  For the last ten years, they have been prime contractor on many renovation projects.  They have a loyal and talented following of subcontractors.

Renovation work in operating plants, hospitals and labs require special training and skills for the craftsman. This is necessary to protect workers and the operations.

The company's officers continue to be made up of the people that started the company in 1989. Multi-Phase Contracting Corp. is a Women Business Enterprise.
